Possible reasons: ①The eyepiece and related optical parts have dust and oil stains; ②The sample is not full of the prism surface; ③The gap between the upper and lower prisms is too large; ④The position of the achromatic prism is not diagonal; ⑤The surface of the refracting prism is rough or corroded.

1. The critical demarcation line is not clear

Remedy: ①Clean up the relevant optical parts; ②add some samples to fill the surface of the prism; ③adjust the eccentricity of the four screws and the rotating shaft on the light-incoming prism, and re-rotate the dispersion adjustment handwheel in Figure 7 to adjust Put the prism to a proper position; ④Send it to a professional repairman or manufacturer to replace the prism.

2. The reading line cannot be seen clearly

Possible reasons: the eyepiece, related optics have dust and oil stains.

Remedy: Wipe off the shiny optical parts.

3. There is parallax between the boundary line and the cross line

Possible cause: The position of the telescopic objective lens moves.

Remedy: Recalibrate the telescopic objective lens.

4. There is a parallax between the reading line and the cross line

Possible cause: The position of the reading objective lens moves.

Remedy: Recalibrate the reading objective lens.
